Great to meet you!

I was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia where my education journey led me to my passion of helping people. I later became a military spouse taking me to several different cities and cultures. Additionally, my experience with inpatient and outpatient facilities has given me the expertise to become knowledgeable in a range of diagnoses. I have found my niche in working with people experiencing military life issues, senior life issues, maternal mental health, anxiety disorders, and depression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I look forward to collaborating with clients to achieve their short and long term goals to improve themselves and their relationships. My theoretical approach is based in the techniques of the cognitive behavioral therapy, motional interviewing, and solution focused therapy. I strive to support, advocate, encourage clients to make the changes they want in their life.
