Great to meet you!

I am Georgia Thomas-Diaz, a licensed mental health clinician, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and certified trauma specialist. With over five years of experience as a licensed therapist, I provide a safe space for my clients to address their emotional needs. I have extensive training and expertise in addressing substance use disorders and traumatic experiences (PTSD/CPTSD). My practice is built on empathy, a trauma-informed care approach, and nonjudgmental support.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, trauma-informed care, and non-judgmental support. I prioritize creating a safe and inclusive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly.

What you can expect from me

You will gain a deeper understanding of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, a crucial step toward personal growth and healing. Together, we will develop effective coping mechanisms to manage stress, anxiety, and other emotional challenges through a trauma-informed approach. Suppose you're dealing with substance use issues. In that case, we will also work on understanding the root causes and developing a plan to manage or overcome these challenges, promoting long-term recovery and wellness.
