I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, and unresolved past experiences. Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and grounded in real-life application. I believe healing doesn’t have to feel clinical all the time, sometimes humor can be part of the process too. My goal is to help clients gain clarity, build confidence in themselves and their lives, and develop effective tools to move forward with greater resilience and self-understanding.
I offer a supportive space where you can feel heard and genuinely cared for. My approach uses proven methods including CBT, ACT, CPT, and mindfulness, always tailored to fit you as an individual. I take time to understand what matters to you, what's getting in the way, and what tools will best support your growth.
If you've experienced trauma, we'll gently explore its impact without overwhelming you, rebuilding safety and trust. When depression drains motivation and joy, we'll explore what's contributing and shift patterns keeping you down. My style is warm and open, creating a space where you feel heard and supported. I'm also direct and assertive when needed, providing honest feedback and guidance to help you move toward meaningful change. You'll have a space where you're respected, supported, and not alone in what you're going through.
