Great to meet you!

Whether you're navigating challenges as an individual or as a couple, you deserve support to strengthen your relationship, deepen your emotional connection, and create a more fulfilling life. As a licensed therapist and relationship coach, I combine evidence-based techniques with intuition, humor, and empathy for an approach that is direct, warm, and tailored to you.

Whoever you are and however you love, you deserve a safe space to explore, heal, and grow.

Because healthy relationships start with self-awareness, our work focuses on helping you understand yourself, recognize and correct your old patterns, and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll improve your communication, build your confidence, and help you manage stress.

My approach to therapy

My clients often describe my style as a mix of directness and compassion. With keen intuition and clear insight, I hear what’s underneath what you're saying, and I'm not afraid to name it. Clients tell me sessions feel both substantive and human, and my own life's journey gives me a grounded perspective on the small changes that make a big difference.

My approach to couples therapy blends CBT, relational, and narrative perspectives. You explore how thoughts, emotions, stories, and past relationships shape patterns in communication, trust, and connection. In a safe space, you and I identify strengths, understand stuck cycles, and rewrite unhelpful stories so you can relate with greater clarity and authenticity.

I look forward to helping you learn tools to really listen to each other, ask for what you need from your partner, and feel like you matter.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you: your story, your goals, and what's bringing you here. I'll ask questions to understand not just the challenges you're facing, but what a better life looks like for you.

You can expect a warm, straightforward conversation, sometimes serious, sometimes light, focused entirely on helping you feel understood and supported to help us move forward with clarity and purpose.
