Great to meet you!

Supporting individuals in building meaningful lives and fostering connected relationships is at the heart of my work. As a breast cancer survivor, I am also uniquely attuned to the emotional and psychological impact of serious health conditions, including experiences of loss, depression, and anxiety. For interested clients, I offer counseling from a Christian perspective. Services are available in both English and Spanish.

My approach to therapy

The counseling process is grounded in a relationship of trust, confidentiality, and mutual respect. I view clients as the experts in their own lives, and together we collaborate to identify and work toward meaningful goals. Sessions are conducted via secure telehealth using Zoom for your convenience and privacy.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to ensure you feel heard, understood, and genuinely supported. I strive to create a safe, compassionate therapeutic space while also equipping you with practical tools that can be applied in your daily life to help you grow and thrive.
