I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University Of Hawaii and a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University in Hawaii. I have lived in a number of places and received my and have had many positive experiences working with diverse clients. I enjoy helping people help themselves and look forward to meeting you.

I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist. I help people examine, challenge ,and replace their negative thoughts and behaviors so they can have a more meaningful, fulfilling life.
