Great to meet you!

Whether you are carrying something yourself or trying to help a young child you love, you do not have to figure it out alone. I work with adults as well as children from infancy through childhood, a combination that is genuinely hard to find, and I bring more than twenty years of experience supporting children, caregivers, and families through the full range of what life brings. I take particular care in working with individuals and families navigating cultural identity and lived experiences that shape what they need from therapy and what it takes to feel truly understood.

My approach to therapy

Starting therapy can feel like a lot. My goal is to make it feel safe, manageable, and genuinely useful from the very beginning. Together we build on your real strengths, explore what has been getting in the way, and develop practical tools for moving forward with more clarity and confidence. For families, that often means working not just on symptoms but on the patterns and relationships that shape how everyone in the home feels day to day. I believe therapy should honor your pace, your individuality, and everything your background and lived experience bring into the room.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation about what has brought you here, what you are hoping for, and what working together might look like. There is no pressure to have it all figured out before we start. If you are ready to invest in yourself or in your family, I would be honored to be part of that.
