Great to meet you!

Hello, I am Gerald Lee, an LPC. I believe that everyone desires to live a flourishing life. But, from time to time, life challenges threaten that goal. I serve to assist individuals in responding to those threats by appropriately identifying them, and then proceed to pursue flourishing in their lives.

My approach to therapy

I am a Christian man and a cognitive behavioral therapist, firmly believing that how one thinks influences the way one feels. Cognitive reconstruction equips a person to assess life through a critical lens, creating a healthier emotional effect. Taking the time to think about how you think empowers you to alter your thought process, facilitating healthier conclusions and outcomes. Meaning, making better decisions!

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will build rapport and identify your specific concern or presenting problem. We will explore our mutual comfort level and determine how to best proceed with your interest at the forefront.
