Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, OCD, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I understand how overwhelming it can feel when your thoughts are racing, your emotions feel out of control, or you’re stuck in patterns that are hard to break. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, intrusive thoughts, burnout, or difficulty maintaining healthy relationships, my goal is to help you gain clarity, build coping skills, and feel more in control of your life.

My approach to therapy

My style is collaborative, direct, and supportive. I meet clients where they are while also gently challenging unhelpful patterns so meaningful change can occur.

Sessions are structured but flexible, blending practical tools with deeper insight so clients leave each session feeling supported and equipped.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating but it doesn't have to be. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and genuinely supported from the very first session.
