Great to meet you!

I received a Masters from Sofia University and additional certifications in Psychedelic Integration, Somatic Therapy, and as a yoga teacher.

Historically, I have worked in psychiatric hospitals, community clinics, group homes, and correctional settings.

I have experience working with clients of different ages, identities, races, and diagnosis.

Current focus is on adults dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, and existential concerns.

My approach to therapy

Each person has an intrinsic drive to heal and my goal as a therapist is to help you access your resources to engage with your true self.

Generational trauma creates obstacles to connecting to and expressing ourselves.

It manifest as depression, anxiety, loss of purpose, and a lack of understanding of how to connect to self, others, and ultimately life itself.

Through therapy, I offer a place to explore your challenges and recognize how have they have impacted you and how they can help you grow.

What you can expect from me

We will have the opportunity to build meaningful within a safe container of vulnerability and authenticity.

My practice of psychotherapy and psychedelic integration has been shaped by trauma-informed, indigenous, cross-cultural, and approaches.

Through therapy, I offer a place to meaningfully explore your truth, values, and relationships. I hope to help you cultivate your own ability to connect to yourself, recognizing how challenges have impacted you and how they can help you grow.
