Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of clinical experience in mental health. I enjoy working with clients in a collaborative manner on several issues including stress management, relationship issues, identity concerns, LGBTQ+ issues and more.

My approach to therapy

I pride myself in being a therapist who creates a supportive safe space free of judgement. I want you to feel safe to be vulnerable and share yourself. I would describe my practice as warm, interactive with a generous dose of humor. I balance creating a safe space for you to express yourself while also providing direct feedback.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a space where you can feel comfortable opening up and making sense of your thoughts and emotions. I like to create an affirming space where you can walk away from session feeling a little lighter and hopefully with some new strategies and outlooks to use as you face your daily challenges.
