Great to meet you!

You’re doing everything “right”—but still feel disconnected, anxious, or on edge. I’m Geri Lopez, a trauma and attachment-based therapist and certified yoga teacher. I support first-gen womxn of color, queer adults, and working moms who are tired of overthinking, overgiving, and feeling like they’ve disappeared behind everyone else’s needs. My approach is culturally affirming, trauma-informed, and somatic—together, we’ll help you reconnect with your body, your needs, and your voice.

My approach to therapy

When working with clients, I don’t just focus on the symptoms—I help explore the deeper patterns rooted in family, culture, and past experiences. My approach is trauma-informed, somatic, and attachment-based, with a focus on nervous system regulation and boundary work. I work with clients who feel stuck in people-pleasing, burnout, or emotional disconnection. Together, we build self-trust and create space for healing that feels sustainable and aligned with who you are.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, my hope is to help you understand the patterns—like people-pleasing, guilt, or staying quiet—that no longer serve you. We'll work on shifting those patterns with compassion, so you can feel more grounded, set boundaries that feel good, and reconnect with the parts of you that got lost along the way. Doing the inner work can be challenging, but it’s also where real healing begins—and you don’t have to figure it out alone. Every step you take toward yourself matters.

Schedule your intake today—your healing starts with one small, brave step.
