Great to meet you!

The search for the right counselor is important and deeply personal. It can also feel overwhelming and stressful with so many mental health professionals to choose from. My career as a Licensed Professional Counselor began over 20 years ago after graduating with my Masters in Counseling.

There is no greater professional joy for me than collaborating with my clients in the process of therapy to reduce distress, and create hope, meaning, peace, and improve their quality of life.

My approach to therapy

Counseling is a collaborative process where we will embark on a journey that is challenging at times but also deeply rewarding. I offer a variety of evidenced-based & complementary services to help men and women in Colorado overcome obstacles and live a rich and meaningful life.

I offer in-person and/or virtual/telehealth counseling for your convenience.

What you can expect from me

If you're looking for extra support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're just ready to move toward a new direction in your life please contact me so we can work together to meet your goals.
