Great to meet you!

I am an intentional, relational therapist who works with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, shame, guilt, identity questions, relational challenges, and spiritual incongruence.

Many of my clients are thoughtful, multifaceted people, often people of faith or spiritual depth, who want more from their lives but feel stuck in internal or relational cycles that no longer fit who they are becoming.

Clients often come to me feeling fragmented, pulled between belief and desire, responsibility and longing, calling and exhaustion. My role is not to fix or rush that tension, but to help you understand it, sit with it, and respond with greater integrity and clarity.

I value authenticity, responsibility, and spiritual seriousness.

Therapy with me is a space where your whole self, mind, body, emotions, and faith are welcome.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, faith-informed, and relational. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), solution-focused therapy, and cognitive-behavioral frameworks in an informal, conversational way. Sessions can often feel less clinical and more like a grounded, thoughtful dialogue, one that invites curiosity, reflection, and accountability.

Rather than pathologizing parts of you, we work to understand them: where they came from, what they protect, and how they learned to function. I am not afraid to challenge patterns that keep you stuck, but I attempt to do so with care, respect, and attunement to your pace.

For clients who desire it, therapy can also support spiritual integration, helping you relate to God and your beliefs with greater honesty, reverence, and freedom rather than fear or performance.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a space that is reflective, compassionate, and grounded. Over time, I hope that you will:

  • Develop the capacity to sit with difficult emotions or parts of yourself without shame
  • Gain clarity about the patterns shaping your relationships and choices

Respond to situations with greater awareness rather than an impulsive reaction

Experience increased coherence between what you believe, feel, and live

Build a more integrated relationship with your body, values, and faith

Healing is rarely linear. It can be tender, uncomfortable, and deeply human. I walk alongside you in that process, not as an authority over your life, but as a guide who helps you listen more clearly to yourself and discern next steps with integrity.

If you are ready to engage in therapy with openness, responsibility, and curiosity, I would be honored to work with you.
