Clinic Policies

• We are an outpatient practice. If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
• We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is clinically inappropriate or outside the scope of our practice.
• We do not prescribe stand-alone benzodiazepines or tranquilizers.
• We do not prescribe benzodiazepines and stimulants together.
• For patients seeking ADHD evaluation or stimulant treatment, prior treatment records will be requested when available. Urine drug screening is required before prescribing or continuing stimulant medications.
• We do not handle disability paperwork, FMLA forms, medical leave documentation, or other evaluations related to work or disability determinations. Our practice focuses on psychiatric evaluation and medication management.
• Telehealth visits can only be conducted if you are physically located in California at the time of your appointment.
