Great to meet you!

Hi there! As a practicing clinician of ten years, my goal as a therapist is to provide a welcoming and safe space where you can feel comfortable to be and express yourself, to have your voice heard, to process and work through any challenges you are facing, and to know that you are not alone as we work collaboratively together. I strive to create an environment where one can engage in self-reflection, self-exploration, growth, and healing. Before obtaining my Ph.D. in Social Work at New York University, I earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Hunter College and a B.A. in Psychology at Brooklyn College.

My approach to therapy

I work with thoughtful and reflective individuals and couples who are seeking greater clarity, connection, and growth. Many of my clients are high-achieving individuals navigating burnout, impostor phenomenon, self-worth, career stress, identity questions, grief, life transitions, or relationship challenges. Together, we create a warm, collaborative space where your experiences are honored, patterns are explored, and you can reconnect with yourself, your values, and the relationships that matter most.

My approach can best be described as empathic, patient, humanistic, and strengths-based. I also practice with a social justice orientation in that I recognize the ways in which the social structures we are embedded in can contribute to experiences of oppression, trauma, and challenges with mental health, particularly among marginalized identities. I welcome working with individuals and couples of all backgrounds and identities and am greatly committed to helping you thrive in all areas of your life.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session in which we both get to know each other and where you will have the opportunity to share your story, your reason for seeking therapy at this time, and what you hope to achieve in our work together. My sessions are collaborative and I strive to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, vulnerability, and warmth.
