Great to meet you!

Hello!

I work with individuals, couples, and family impacted by trauma and ruptures in relationships, grief, and loss.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with additional training in Internal Family Systems, Bader's Developmental Model for Couples and EMDR.

My clients are those facing life transitions, who struggle with bi-cultural identities, and who experience being stuck, or marginalized. They report common feelings like anxiety, numbness, anger, and depression.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I adopt a curious, process-oriented, and experiential approach in therapy. I am accepting and non-judgmental and I use knowledge from brain science with evidenced-based, somatic and depth psychology techniques to help you get unstuck and thrive in your life.

What you can expect from our first session

As a partner, I believe in collaborating with you on your needs and goals. Clients say that I am both affirming and challenging at the same time. The quality of our therapeutic relationship underlies the potential for change to take place, therefore it is important that you feel safe in the process.

Currently, I'm not accepting new couples nor families due to a full schedule, but you are most welcome to inquire about a future time frame. If you are a past client, please inquire. Thanks!
