I have been working in various mental health positions since 2010. I am also a military veteran with experience working with issues that arise from military service. I also specialize in addictions medicine and several mental health conditions.
I am very personable and like to get to know my patients. I work with you based on your mental health goals. I listen, get your background and begin a plan based on your needs.
In our first session, we meet and I learn about your concerns and history. I find out your goals, and together, we develop a plan. If medication is involved, I like to see you more frequently at first to see how you are responding to medications.
