I am a doctorally prepared dual-board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Across the Life Span with 13 years of Advanced Practice Nurse experience.

At Mental Clarity & Wellness LLC, together using a psychodynamic framework, with you at the head of the team, we will personalize your treatment plan to address your cultural, holistic, mental health, physical, and spiritual needs.

I offer a combination of holistic practices, medication-assisted treatment, mindfulness, and evidence-based therapy services.

During your first visit with me, you can expect to be able to express yourself fully to a non-judgmental listening ear. You will present your concerns, goals, and needs to address what actions we can implement as a partnership and person-centered team to improve your daily health. We will discuss options, treatment therapies and devise a plan, if medication assisted treatment is an option, we will discuss that also!
