Unresolved trauma can quietly influence how you trust, communicate, set boundaries, and respond to conflict. I help women understand these patterns and the ways past experiences may be shaping present-day relationships. Using EMDR therapy and other evidence-based approaches, we work to heal the root of these struggles, build greater self-trust, strengthen boundaries, and create more secure, connected relationships.
