Great to meet you!

I have been a licensed social worker for 8 years, but have been in the social work world for about 12 years. I take a laid back approach to therapy, building rapport and really getting to know who my clients are. I prefer to build a bond and allow you a safe space to think for yourself while taking those skills and applying them to your life outside of my office walls.

My approach to therapy

I want you to feel comfortable during session as though you're meeting up with an old friend. I strive to build real connections with clients so that when tough topics do come up, we can discuss them with minimal fear.

What you can expect from me

My goal for clients would be that they find therapy as a safe and open environment to express themselves and learn how they operate. Then I advocate for clients to take that knowledge and freedom and implement it in their daily lives so that they are living as their best authentic selves.
