Great to meet you!

I am a therapist with experience working primarily with children, adolescents, and families navigating a range of behavioral, emotional, social, and developmental challenges. My clinical work includes individualized treatment, parent and caregiver support, and collaboration with community resources.

My approach to therapy

My approach incorporates evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), with an emphasis on practical skill building, and helping clients apply skills and strategies across various settings. I provide a mindful treatment approach regarding individuals with neurodevelopment disorders.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, I like to obtain thorough information to obtain a holistic image of you as an individual. We will review potential current and historical biological and environmental factors that may contribute to current concerns for treatment. No two people are alike, and the more context the better! I additionally will review all policies and address any outstanding questions as they arise.
