Great to meet you!

I support adolescent and adult clients as they navigate through daily life challenges and relationships difficulties. My areas of work include, but not limited to, helping clients with life transitions, unlearn and relearn healthier coping strategies to familial patterns, developing new habits, affect regulations, coping with work related stressors, understanding one’s own cultural identity, coping with anxiety and stress from daily life, and managing symptoms of ADHD and trauma responses.

My approach to therapy

As clinical social worker, my approach to therapy is eclectic as there is no standard approach that fits all clients.

The overarching framework I utilize is person-centered therapy with the modalities of CBT, insight therapy, behavioral therapy, and mindfulness.

Currently, I am only offering virtual sessions.

What you can expect from me

Prior to the first session, an intake phone call will take place to determine the goodness of fit and if I am able to assist you with your needs. Then the first session will be a get to know you and your presenting needs further session. Therapeutic boundaries will be explained during our first session together. Any questions you may have on therapy or me can also be answered during our sessions together.

Therapy can be an uncomfortable experience. Residual feelings might resurface during sessions that can create an averse reaction to therapy. Together, we can navigate these difficult emotions and determine what to do with them.

I look forward to working with you.
