Great to meet you!

I’m truly looking forward to working with you. My therapeutic style is supportive, collaborative, and grounded in a strength-based approach. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and compassionate space where you can explore, heal, and grow—at your own pace and in alignment with your unique needs.

My approach to therapy

I believe in taking a holistic and individualized approach, recognizing that every person’s journey is different and that healing is not one-size-fits-all. I enjoy working with individuals navigating life transitions, as well as those managing symptoms related to trauma. My experience includes working with adolescents, adults, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, and I am deeply committed to creating a space that is safe and empowering. I support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma-related challenges. The therapeutic modalities I draw from include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness-based practices, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Theory. Together, we’ll work to identify your goals and uncover the strengths that will carry you forward.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect to take away a greater sense of self-awareness, practical tools for emotional regulation, and clarity around your values, goals, and strengths. I hope that therapy becomes a space where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move forward with resilience and confidence.
