I believe in taking a holistic and individualized approach, recognizing that every person’s journey is different and that healing is not one-size-fits-all. I enjoy working with individuals navigating life transitions, as well as those managing symptoms related to trauma. My experience includes working with adolescents, adults, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, and I am deeply committed to creating a space that is safe and empowering. I support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and trauma-related challenges. The therapeutic modalities I draw from include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness-based practices, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Theory.
