Great to meet you!

With over twenty years experience as a counselor, I have always considered it a privilege to be allowed into the most intimate details of my clients' lives, their pain, their sorrows and their joys. Using a collaborative approach, I help clients gain insight into the thoughts and behaviors that may be holding them back. I help clients to draw on their strengths, and to learn coping skills in order to improve their lives, and find greater happiness.

I specialize in mood disorders, personality disorders, relationship issues, sexual addiction, grief, trauma and anxiety. Therapy, can be hard but rewarding work, and I honor your trust by providing a safe and supportive environment in which you can share your story and heal.
