Great to meet you!

Many people spend years holding everything together for everyone else while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who they are outside of their responsibilities. Others find themselves stuck repeating the same relationship patterns, carrying grief that hasn't fully healed, or trying to make sense of difficult experiences that continue to affect them long after they've happened.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving adolescents and adults in Texas, I provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, self-worth concerns, or major life transitions, we'll work together to better understand what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and create meaningful change that feels sustainable in your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation rather than a place where you feel analyzed or judged. Every person brings their own story, relationships, values, and experiences into the room, and my role is to help you make sense of the bigger picture—not simply the symptoms that brought you to therapy.

My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), trauma-informed care, Positive Psychology, and Gottman Method principles for couples work. Whether you're working through anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, self-esteem challenges, women's issues, or identity exploration, we'll focus on practical tools and meaningful insights that support long-term growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you're used to handling things on your own. During our first sessions, we'll spend time understanding what brought you here, what challenges you're facing, and what you hope life looks like moving forward.

You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. Together, we'll identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, strengthen healthy coping skills, and create realistic goals that align with the life and relationships you want to build.
