Great to meet you!

Therapy doesn't have to feel clinical or like another place where you need to have the right answers. Sometimes you just need somewhere you can be honest about what's actually going on, whether that's anxiety that won't quiet down, a relationship that keeps falling into the same patterns, grief that hasn't gone away with time, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.

I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship and family concerns, identity exploration, women's issues, and major life transitions. My goal is to offer a warm, collaborative space where we can understand what's keeping you stuck, build on the strengths you already have, and make changes that feel realistic in your everyday life.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation, not a place where you're being analyzed or judged. Every person brings their own story, relationships, values, and experiences into the room, and I want our work together to make space for all of it. I bring warmth, curiosity, and humor when appropriate, while also helping you look honestly at patterns that may no longer be working for you.

My approach draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Positive Psychology, Gestalt, and Gottman Method principles for couples work. Rather than using one approach for everyone, we'll focus on what fits you and what you're hoping to change, whether that's managing anxiety, processing grief or trauma, improving relationships, strengthening self-worth, or understanding yourself more deeply.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to arrive at therapy knowing exactly what to say or where to begin. Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other, talk about what has been weighing on you, and understand what you'd like to be different in your life or relationships.

You can expect me to be warm, curious, and engaged. I'll listen without judgment, ask questions that help us look beneath the surface, and work with you to turn insight into meaningful change. My hope is that therapy becomes a place where you can understand yourself more clearly, build healthier ways of coping and connecting, and feel more confident moving forward.
