Great to meet you!

Some memories don't fade the way everyone says they will. They stay close, in your body, in your sleep, in the moments you least expect them. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and seniors who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, and the kind of stress that has quietly built up over years. I offer sessions in both English and Spanish, and I have a deep understanding of the cultural dynamics that shape how people think about mental health and whether asking for help even feels possible. Clients often describe working with me as a space where they finally feel understood without having to translate themselves.

My approach to therapy

Our work is focused on helping you process what has been stuck, not just talk about it, but actually move through it in a way that creates lasting change. Together we work toward a place where the past no longer interrupts the present, where your body feels safer, your thoughts feel quieter, and you can respond to life rather than brace against it. Trauma and PTSD are at the center of what I do. I also work deeply with anxiety, OCD, grief, and the identity questions that can come with navigating multiple cultures or major life transitions. I work best with clients who are ready to go beneath the surface and want something more than coping strategies alone.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation. You share what has brought you here, what you have already tried, and what you are hoping for. I listen, ask questions, and together we start to figure out what this process might look like for you. There is no pressure to have it all mapped out before we begin. If any of this sounds like what you have been looking for, I would love to connect.
