As a board license clinical social worker for the state of Florida, I believe mental health is an essential part of our overall well being. I have been in the field of mental health since 2001. But in the last fourteen years, I have specialized in trauma and addictions.
I give you tools to help and empower you in your day to day life. Together we can create a treatment plan that fits best for you. I believe in openness and honesty creates an environment where you can be yourself and learn more about yourself without shame. I am exicited to work with with you.
You can expect transparency and accountability from me. In session, we will discover together old patterns that no longer serve you. Sessions are about discovery and after that you get to implement tools that are more helpful to you.
