Great to meet you!

When anxiety, stress, or life's transitions start to feel like too much, it can be hard to know where to even start. I'm Gifty, a Licensed Professional Counselor with more than 3 years of experience helping people navigate exactly that, along with depression, relationship struggles, and the moments when everything simply feels overwhelming. I provide a space where you can just be yourself, and together we'll build practical coping skills and work toward changes that feel right for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm and collaborative. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you understand your thoughts, emotions, and patterns while building practical tools for change. I also believe past experiences shape how we respond to situations today, so we may explore those connections when it's helpful. Therapy with me is a partnership, and we'll set goals together that actually feel meaningful to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you and creating a space where you feel heard and supported. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, what's been going on in your life, and what you hope to gain from our work together. There's no pressure to have everything figured out. If this sounds like the right fit, I'd love to connect.
