Great to meet you!

Ofrezco terapia en inglés y español. You might be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or not quite like yourself—whether that’s from anxiety, depression, managing a chronic condition like diabetes, or navigating the emotional shifts that come with pregnancy, postpartum, or identity changes. It can feel like a lot to carry on your own.

I work with adults and women navigating depression, anxiety, chronic health conditions, maternal mental health (pre- and postpartum), and identity-related concerns. As a bilingual therapist, I offer a supportive space where you can express yourself fully and feel understood in the language that feels most comfortable to you.

My approach to therapy

I help clients better understand how their emotional, physical, and life experiences are connected so they can feel more in control and supported.

Together, we’ll build coping tools, explore patterns, and create practical strategies that fit your real life—whether you’re managing stress, adjusting to motherhood, living with a chronic condition, or working through identity changes. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your needs.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially when you’ve been carrying a lot on your own.

In our first session, we’ll take things at your pace. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, what support feels most helpful, and what you’re hoping for moving forward. You don’t need to prepare anything ahead of time—this is a space where you can feel safe, supported, and understood from the start.
