Great to meet you!

My journey in healthcare spans 21 years, beginning in behavioral health before moving into acute care medicine, and I'm thrilled to be returning to my first passion. As a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner in both Acute Care and Psychiatry, I bring a unique depth of experience to every appointment, and I welcome complex cases.

Having spent 12 years working nights in acute care, I know firsthand how hard it is to prioritize your mental health when your schedule doesn't fit the traditional 9-to-5. Changing your sleep, rearranging your day, and finding time to just show up, I get it. That's why I offer flexible, non-traditional hours so that your care works around your life, not the other way around.

I'm here to meet you where you are — whenever that may be.

My approach to therapy

I'm about as laid-back and informal as it gets, and I think that's exactly what mental health care should be. Too often this field feels stiff and intimidating, and I don't buy into that. When you're comfortable, we can have real conversations, drop the barriers, and actually get to work. No stuffiness, no judgment, just you and me figuring things out together.

What you can expect from me

Mental health is the ultimate gray zone where there's no one-size-fits-all answer, and I'll never pretend there is. Your input isn't just welcome here, it's essential. You're not a passive participant being told what to do; you're an active partner in figuring out what actually works for you. We'll talk honestly about what's going well and what isn't, and work together to find a path forward that makes sense for your life.
