Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life challenges with compassion, respect and evidence based care. I provide a safe confidential and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts emotions and experiences at there own pace. I believe that therapy is a partnership. my goal is to help clients develop practical coping skills, gain insight into recurrent patterns, and build resilience so they can create meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is CBT where the goals are to increase awareness of the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behavior, to identify cognitive distortion and replace them with balance thinking, to develop healthy coping skills for managing difficult emotions, to improve problem solving and decision making abilities and to maintain progress by creating a relapse prevention plan.

What you can expect from me

During our first session is also a chance to determine whether CBT is a good fit for your needs and to establish a collaborative plan for moving forward at a pace that feels appropriate for you.
