Great to meet you!

I believe in meeting my clients where they're at. They are the expert in their own story. I'm just here to listen, help process, maybe challenge, and encourage them in their journey. I went to Newman University for my Master's Degree and went on to get my Clinical License. I have worked with varying populations including teens, adults, geriatrics, the prison population, couples counseling, and Christian Counseling. I enjoy working with people who have been through trauma or grief or have experienced anxiety or depression.

My approach to therapy

I believe people deserve honesty. I listen, help process, and offer ideas or challenge thinking. My goal is to make it to where someone does not need therapy!! I love to empower my clients to be able to make their own choices and stand up for themselves.

What you can expect from me

I will introduce myself, ask if they have questions about me or my therapy style, and ask them to tell me their story. I will ask follow-up questions and try to be as thorough as possible while trying to get as detailed a history as able to better help the therapy process.
