Great to meet you!

You may be successful, accomplished, and highly capable—someone others rely on, admire, and believe has it all figured out—yet still feel disconnected, overwhelmed, unseen, or unsure about why something feels missing. I specialize in working with high-achieving professionals, women in demanding roles, and individuals grappling with the emotional weight that often accompanies outward success.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, discreet, trauma-informed, and highly personalized. Together, we will explore the patterns, relationships, grief, identity questions, and inner narratives that may be shaping your emotional life. Therapy provides a safe space where you no longer need to perform strength, carry everything alone, or minimize your pain simply because you are functioning well. I help clients reconnect with themselves, cultivate self-compassion, strengthen boundaries, and create a life that feels meaningful from within—not just successful on the outside.

I believe that therapy should be tailored to each individual and grounded in their unique needs, rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach. I offer an authentic and holistic environment where clients can gain a better understanding of themselves, explore patterns that may no longer serve them, and develop the tools necessary for healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment to begin sharing their story at their own pace.

We will take time to discuss what brought you to therapy, what you hope to better understand or change, and any important experiences, relationships, or life circumstances that may be impacting you. I may ask questions about your history, current challenges, strengths, and goals to gain a comprehensive understanding of who you are and what kind of support would be most helpful. The first session is also an opportunity for you to get a sense of me and my approach.

My aim is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and supported, with a clearer understanding of how therapy can be a space for gently exploring your pain, building insight, and beginning the journey toward healing and meaningful growth.

Therapy can provide a space where you don’t have to pretend to be strong or carry everything alone. If you are ready to connect more deeply with your truth, I invite you to take off the mask.
