Great to meet you!

I hold a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology and have worked in the mental health field for over ten years. My approach centers on creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable expressing their needs and experiences. As a trauma‐focused therapist, I am dedicated to empowering individuals who have lived through military trauma, domestic violence, childhood trauma, sexual assault, emotional abuse, and other complex traumatic experiences. My practice is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a deep commitment to helping clients heal and reclaim their sense of strength and possibility.

My approach to therapy

I believe meaningful change begins with a strong therapeutic relationship, so I focus on building rapport and creating a trusting space where clients feel supported throughout the healing process. In addition to my trauma‐focused work, I am WPATH trained and deeply enjoy working with LGBTQ individuals, proudly identifying as an ally. My clinical approach integrates evidence‐based modalities including DBT, EMDR, and solution‐focused therapies, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another and begin creating a treatment plan that truly fits your needs. I believe collaboration is a powerful form of empowerment, so we’ll work together to identify goals that feel realistic, meaningful, and aligned with the life you want to return to. My aim is to create a supportive, comfortable environment where you feel heard, understood, and actively involved in shaping your own healing process.
