Great to meet you!

Welcome! I take a structured, direct, and results-focused approach to therapy that emphasizes practical tools, clear goals, and meaningful progress. Together, we focus on actionable steps and measurable areas of growth, with changes often becoming more noticeable over time depending on each person’s needs, readiness, and consistency. I work with individuals who are ready to move beyond surface-level conversations and understand the patterns driving their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Many of my clients are high-functioning but feel internally overwhelmed, stuck, or out of control.

I specialize in anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and urges, impulsivity, and compulsive behaviors that impact relationships and decision making. My role is to help you gain clarity, reduce internal conflict, and build practical strategies that create lasting change.

This is not passive therapy. It is a collaborative process focused on insight, accountability, and meaningful progress. Clients often begin to feel more aware, stable, and in control as they learn how to respond differently to patterns that once felt automatic.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is structured, direct, and results-focused. I integrate evidence-based methods, including CBT, trauma-informed care, and compassion-focused work, to help you understand how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected. We focus on identifying the patterns driving anxiety, trauma responses, ADHD-related challenges, and urges or behaviors that feel difficult to control.

I do not take a passive approach. Our work is collaborative and intentional, with a focus on gaining clarity, improving emotional regulation, and building practical strategies you can apply in real time. We move beyond surface-level discussions to address what is actually keeping you stuck.

Clients often begin to experience increased self-awareness, better decision-making, and a stronger sense of control over patterns that once felt automatic. The goal is to create meaningful, lasting change that translates into your daily life and relationships.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we focus on gaining a clear understanding of what is bringing you in and what is currently not working. You will have space to share your concerns, including anxiety, trauma, ADHD, relationship stress, or patterns and urges that feel difficult to control. I ask direct, thoughtful questions to help identify the underlying patterns driving your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

You can expect a structured and collaborative approach. We will begin to make sense of your experiences, identify key triggers, and outline what progress can look like. Many clients leave the first session with increased clarity, a better understanding of themselves, and a clearer direction for the work ahead.

The goal is not just to talk, but to begin creating a focused plan for meaningful and lasting change.
