I am passionate about normalizing and de-stigmatizing mental health treatment for all ages and ethnicities. I received my Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy from Hardin-Simmons University.

My approach to therapy

I experience in working with issues related to depression, anxiety, grief, anger, life transitions and acculturation difficulties. In sessions, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Trauma Informed Care, Crisis Intervention and Person-Centered Therapy to help clients navigate daily struggles.
