As a trauma-informed clinician, I specialize in helping individuals process and heal from the effects of complex trauma. With extensive experience working with teens, young adults, and families, I am committed to providing a supportive environment where clients can explore and overcome challenges stemming from past experiences.

Specializing in attachment-focused therapies, I help individuals understand how early relational experiences shape their current patterns of behavior, emotional responses, and relationships. I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support clients in processing trauma, alleviating distressing memories, and promoting emotional regulation. Client's can expect to be supported, gently challenged and always seen for who they are.
