I have over 20 years of clinical experience. I attended the Chicago School of Professional Psychology obtaining a degree in clinical psychology. I work well with all types of client aging from 5 years old to 90 years old. I put empathy before anything else while challenging change and empowering you to be the best version of yourself.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy like a warm comfortable blanket. I listen to what you feel is important to you, then help you process your experience. I will provide you feedback and guidance as you need it. My goals is to help you build skills to better cope with life's challenges.
