Great to meet you!

I spent 12 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) before making the strategic decision to advance my career by pursuing my Registered Nurse (RN) degree. I earned my RN from Jersey College in Teterboro, NJ, and then obtained my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Felician University in Lodi, NJ. Most recently, I graduated from Mount Saint Mary University in 2024 with my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). I am eager to leverage my extensive knowledge and experience to help my clients succeed.

My approach to therapy

I practice shared decision-making with my clients because I believe that they are the foremost experts on their own bodies and experiences. By collaborating with them, I ensure that their values, preferences, and insights shape the choices we make together. This approach empowers them to take an active role in their care and fosters a deeper understanding of their unique needs and circumstances.

What you can expect from me

I aim for individuals to depart from our sessions equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to transform their negative self-worth into a positive understanding of their true selves. To facilitate this shift, I will incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, which focus on reshaping thought patterns and fostering healthier perspectives. Additionally, I will provide guidance on appropriate medication options that can further support their mental health journey, ensuring they feel empowered to make informed choices about their treatment.
