Great to meet you!

Many people come to therapy carrying pain that is difficult to put into words. You may understand why you're struggling, yet still find yourself repeating the same patterns, feeling stuck in painful relationships, grieving losses, or wondering why lasting change feels out of reach. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, infertility, trauma, stress, family concerns, maternal mental health challenges, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, insightful people who want more than temporary relief, they want to understand themselves more deeply and create meaningful, lasting change. Together, we'll explore the experiences, relationships, and emotional patterns that have shaped your life while building greater self-awareness and self-compassion. My goal is to help you gain clarity, strengthen your relationships, and create a life that feels more connected, purposeful, and authentic.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and insight oriented. I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding ourselves beyond our symptoms. I draw from Psychodynamic Therapy, Psychoanalytic Therapy, Attachment-Based Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Jungian Therapy, Somatic approaches, Family Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and strengths-based interventions to tailor treatment to each person's unique needs. Together, we'll explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that continue to influence your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors today. I believe therapy is about more than finding quick solutions, it is about developing deeper self-awareness and creating lasting change. Whether you're navigating grief, relationship struggles, infertility, trauma, stress, or depression, therapy can help you better understand yourself and move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and purpose.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, inquisitive, and collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust and genuine connection. I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is creating a space where you feel comfortable exploring difficult emotions, asking important questions, and gaining a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we'll work through challenges at a pace that feels supportive and meaningful. My hope is that therapy helps you develop greater self-awareness, stronger relationships, and a renewed sense of direction and purpose. As we work together, I strive to help you feel more connected to yourself, more confident in your decisions, and better equipped to navigate life's challenges with compassion and clarity.
