Great to meet you!

Many people come to therapy after trying everything they know how to do. You may understand your struggles on the surface yet still find yourself repeating the same patterns, feeling stuck in difficult relationships, carrying unresolved grief, or wondering why lasting change feels out of reach. When challenges continue to resurface despite your best efforts, therapy can provide an opportunity to look deeper, gain clarity, and better understand the experiences shaping your life today.

My approach to therapy

My work is rooted in the belief that meaningful change happens when we understand ourselves beyond the symptoms we are experiencing. Drawing from psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approaches, I help clients explore the personal history, relationships, and experiences that influence how they think, feel, and navigate the world. I am especially passionate about working with individuals who are ready to move beyond short term solutions and develop a deeper understanding of themselves, their patterns, and their relationships. Together, we work toward insight that creates lasting and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

My approach is warm, inquisitive, and collaborative, with room for humor and genuine connection throughout the process. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of successful therapy. From our first session, my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable exploring difficult experiences, asking important questions, and gaining a deeper understanding of yourself. Through this process, clients often find greater self-awareness, stronger relationships, and a renewed sense of direction and purpose.
