Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Dr. Gina Delucca, a licensed psychologist who works with adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, impostor syndrome, low self-esteem, disordered eating, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, stress, and challenges related to work–life balance. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, capable individuals who hold themselves to very high standards but often feel overwhelmed, stuck, or overly self-critical. Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand yourself more deeply, and begin relating to yourself with greater compassion and clarity.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, empathetic, authentic, interactive, and collaborative—with a bit of humor when appropriate. In our work together, I help clients identify realistic goals, build on their existing strengths, increase self-awareness, and develop practical skills that support meaningful and lasting change. I aim to offer honest yet gentle feedback while creating a space where you feel understood and supported.

What you can expect from me

During our first few sessions, we will start with a comprehensive intake to better understand your current concerns, your history, and what you hope to gain from therapy. From there, we will work together to set thoughtful, achievable goals and begin building a path toward the changes you want in your life.
