Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling anxious, down, emotionally off balance, or overwhelmed by a life change, therapy can be a place to exhale and feel supported. I work with clients who are navigating anxiety, depression, mood changes, and difficult life transitions, and I help them make sense of what they’re going through in a way that feels steady, compassionate, and practical. Together, we’ll create space for healing, clarity, and small steps toward feeling more like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

With 35 years in the social work field, including work in schools and the past 6 years in private practice, I bring a calm, supportive presence to the people I work with. Clients often describe me as warm, caring, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy should feel safe, honest, and grounded in real life, so our work will focus on helping you feel understood while finding a path forward that feels manageable.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk about what has been weighing on you. You can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where you can be yourself and begin sharing at your own pace. Over time, my hope is that therapy helps you gain clarity, build confidence, and develop tools to handle life’s challenges with greater ease.
