Great to meet you!

I am Gina Feletar, a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 27 years of nursing experience, and a dedicated companion on your journey toward holistic well-being.

Healing begins when we see the whole person, not just the symptoms. My practice blends evidence-based care with a holistic perspective, creating space for healing that also honors your uniqueness. Beyond managing mental health conditions, my mission is to help you reclaim your strength, and rediscover hope rooted in wellness and purpose.

My approach to therapy

Grounded in traditional nursing practices and enriched by holistic and spiritual modalities, my approach blends professionalism with heartfelt empathy that focuses on the mind, body and spirit.

I provide comprehensive mental health care for individuals across the lifespan, integrating psychotherapy, medication management, and holistic treatment approaches where you will feel heard, respected, and empowered.

What you can expect from me

I emphasize collaboration, empathy, holistic psychology, lifestyle integration, and I am deeply committed to treating the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected aspects of health. This is why I offer existential therapy and stories as medicine.

I welcome individuals from all backgrounds and walks of life. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, life transitions, or simply feeling “stuck,” you don’t have to do it alone. It is my honor to walk alongside you as you reclaim peace, clarity, and a fulfilling sense of self.
