Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Gina Gheller, a psychotherapist with nearly 30 years of experience — and if you're rebuilding after a painful relationship, healing from narcissistic abuse, navigating divorce, or working through family trauma, you're in exactly the right place. I bring both deep experience as a survivor and genuine curiosity about your story to every session. I'm best known for my work with women and relationship issues — I've even authored two self-help books on divorce and surviving narcissistic abuse — but I work with clients of all gender identities navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, family conflict, and trauma resolution. I lead an online wellness community. Check out "tipsfromgina" on social media for self help tips!

My approach to therapy

Our work together is positive and productive. I integrate psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused approaches with a holistic lens that considers mind, body, spirit, relationships, and career — because you're a whole person, not a single symptom. I'll help you understand the patterns underneath what you're feeling, set clear goals, and move forward with supportive guidance and honest, empowering feedback. After nearly three decades and two books on relationship recovery, very little surprises me — and there's no judgment here, just a steady partner in your corner.

What you can expect from me

I want you to feel at ease and genuinely understood from the very first session. That first conversation is all about you — you share what feels comfortable, at your own pace, while I guide the assessment and start to understand your story. By the end, you'll walk away with a clear outline of treatment goals, some potential paths forward, and the areas we'll explore together. There's no pressure to have it all figured out — that's what I'm here for.
