Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Clinical Mental Health therapist. I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Juris Doctor.

I began my professional career as an attorney and mediator specializing in collaborative law. I have always held a desire to help my community and this was at the heart of why I decided to become an attorney and a mental health counselor.

I am a certified yoga instructor. I have taught mindfulness, meditation, and wellness classes all over the world.

My approach to therapy

I wish to help our community and individuals through cognitive and mindfulness-based behavioral therapy, existential therapy, narrative work, positive psychology and holistic life coaching methods. I love working with teens, adults, couples, and families and specialize in anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, couples counseling, sensitive and gifted individuals, and addiction.

What you can expect from me

I believe that having the self-awareness and strength to seek help when you are in need is one of the bravest and most inspirational things a person can do. Prioritizing mental health is key to happiness, finding meaning and purpose in our lives, and longevity. Together I will help you identify areas of growth and need for change, understand the how or why behind feeling the way you do and offer holistic methods for healing.
