Great to meet you!

Hi my name is Gina. I have a degree in mental health counseling and have worked in the field of behavioral health for over 20 years. I am based in Wisconsin and see clients who are 18 and over via telehealth. I work with a variety of areas including but not limited to depression, change of life, work issues, bipolar, disability related issues, learning disabilities, anxiety, and school.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I feel everybody is an individual and should be treated as such meaning I will treat you with individualized care. I also feel the session belongs to you and the time in the session is your time. I want you to feel respected, heard, and supported from our sessions. My goals is to make these sessions a place where you can go and not worry about being judged and have the ability work through your issues and concerns.

What you can expect from our first session

I feeling the first session should be an introductory session. In this session you will have the opportunity to share about what you hope to achieve in therapy. We will also work work together to start setting goals. I work hard to create a relax, welcoming environment that allows you to feel open to sharing. After that we will work together in future sessions to make your goals a reality.
