Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Gina and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who specializes in helping individuals struggling with anxiety, overthinking, and people pleasing embrace more peace in their lives. Together we can compassionately unpack the origins of patterns that aren't serving you and equip you with the skills needed to move forward in greater alignment with your values.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I'm passionate about creating a safe place for you to explore your story and how it’s shaped you: your core beliefs, self-talk, and biggest struggles. Based on your goals, we can pull from a variety of proven strategies for calming anxiety, regulating your nervous system, processing past trauma, and establishing more sustainable rhythms for your life. Faith-based counseling may be integrated, if desired!

What you can expect from our first session

It can feel nerve-wracking to reach out to someone. Know that it is my priority to meet you exactly where you're at with kindness and non-judgement. My approach is warm, validating, and down-to-earth. Based on your initial intake, we can discuss a pathway forward to reaching your goals and taking your healing to the next level.
