Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I have a warm, direct, and relational approach, helping clients who are motivated and goal-oriented. I specialize in cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused care, family therapy, and support for depression, anxiety, grief, behavioral challenges, and chronic illness. I also help young adults navigate stress, relationships, and life transitions. I speak Spanish and French and provide culturally sensitive care.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative approach in therapy, helping clients identify what they want to work on and guiding them as they take the lead. Together, we set goals and develop strategies that fit their life and values. My style is warm, direct, and relational, supporting clients every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll start by exploring why you’re seeking therapy and what’s been going on in your life. I look at emotional, social, and practical aspects of your experience. By the end of the session, we’ll identify goals you’d like to work on and make sure we’re a good fit to work together. My aim is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard and understood.
