Great to meet you!

I hold a bachelor’s degree in Family Social Sciences and a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I’ve worked across outpatient clinics, residential and day treatment programs, school-based mental health settings, and mobile crisis services. These experiences allow me to support children, adolescents, and young adults with a wide range of emotional and behavioral needs.

I’m passionate about meeting clients where they are and tailoring therapy to each person’s unique strengths and goals. My work is trauma-informed and draws from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, mindfulness, play-based and expressive therapies, and strength-based care. I commonly support clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation challenges, grief, relationship difficulties, and behavioral concerns.

I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and enjoy supporting youth and families as they work toward healing and resilience. Outside of my work, I value time with my family, being outdoors, and community involvement.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, trauma-informed, compassionate, and strengths-based. I focus on building authentic connection, fostering resilience, and using developmentally appropriate and creative methods to support healing, growth, and long-term emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we’ll focus on building rapport, comfort, and connection. I’ll take time to get to know you, explore what’s bringing you to therapy, and discuss your goals and preferences for our work together. We may also review aspects of your personal history to ensure we’re approaching therapy in a thoughtful, well-rounded way. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and clear about next steps.
